Peng Xiao is a global technology and business leader with a track record of building breakthrough products, delivering customer successes, and achieving commercial results.

As the Group CEO of G42, Peng is responsible for crafting the Group’s business and product strategies, and overseeing the operating companies across its numerous industry verticals.

Peng is a board member of MBZUAI, the world's first research-based, graduate AI university, based in Abu Dhabi. Previously, as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Information Officer of MicroStrategy, Peng spent a decade in the enterprise software industry working with leading technology companies.

As CEO of G42 International, H.E. Mansoor Al Mansoori leads the Group’s global expansion and commercial growth agenda, with a focus on scaling international partnerships, driving product-led business models, and accelerating the impact of strategic initiatives such as the UAE–US 5GW AI Campus and Stargate UAE. His mandate includes reinforcing G42’s institutional foundations in governance, compliance, and risk, ensuring the Group operates to the highest global standards as it expands its international footprint.

H.E. Mansoor is a member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and a prominent leader with a diverse range of professional experiences in senior leadership positions across government and private sector including healthcare, media, telecommunications, energy, and technology with a proven track record of setting up strategies, building institutional structures and capabilities, and implementing performance-based management systems.

Between 2020 and 2023, H.E. Mansoor was the Group Chief Operating Officer of G42. In this role, he was responsible for strategic partnerships, innovation, capacity building, business efficiencies and transformation, revenue optimisation, brand development, organisational culture, and the development of future leaders of G42. 

H.E. Mansoor is currently the Chairman of Space42, Vice Chairman of Presight AI, Board Member of the Advanced Technology Research Council, Board Member of e&. He held several board positions in the past, including Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority and Telecommunication Regulatory Authority.

As the Group GC, Marty leads G42's legal in-house operations and advisory team.

Marty is also a partner in the world-leading law firm of Paul Hastings and has more than 30 years of experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions transactions, with a focus on large and complex deals, including cross-border transactions. He has been involved in all stages of legal development of pioneering financial structures, including participating debt instruments, institutional JVs in real estate, and JVs between U.S. financial sources and European companies.

Ali Dalloul, a seasoned American technology executive. With three decades of leading and delivering cloud and AI programs at Microsoft, Dalloul brings an exceptional track record that aligns with G42’s strategic objectives to drive growth globally. Dalloul, who previously served as Microsoft Vice President of Azure AI Customer Experience Engineering, brings a wealth of operating experience in AI commercialization, enterprise adoption, and product strategy.

Ricky oversees the Group Finance and Investments of G42. Prior to G42 Ricky spent 16 years in aviation as Group Treasurer and CFO of Etihad Airways and South African Airways. He also has experience in the banking, mining and technology sectors with leading listed companies such as Standard Bank, Gold Fields and Dimension Data.

He holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering, is an Honorary Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (UK), and has won numerous international awards as Treasurer and dealmaker.

Dr. Andrew Jackson is the Chief AI Officer at G42 and was previously the CEO of Inception, a G42 company and comes with over 20 years of experience in artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics. He is a vocal advocate for ethical AI practices and also oversees G42’s Responsible AI team. He has represented G42 at prestigious global forums including the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) 

Prior to joining G42, Dr. Jackson played a key role in expanding Palantir’s presence across the MENA region. He also led the establishment of a data and analytics function at Etihad Airways, contributing to one of the world’s largest digital transformation programs. Earlier in his career, he developed high-frequency, low-latency electronic trading strategies at Susquehanna International Group (SIG). He commercialized research for the European Union, working with 13 EU universities and collaborating with global technology leaders such as IBM and Siemens. 

Dr. Jackson holds a PhD in Machine Learning from Trinity College Dublin and has completed advanced studies at UC Berkeley, Oxford, and MIT. His academic background spans ubiquitous computing, software engineering, and machine learning. 

Sanjiv brings with him over 25 years of global experience in strategic finance, business set up and restructuring. Sanjiv has held several leadership roles across a wide spectrum of industries, including defence, cybersecurity, construction and oil & gas.

Prior to joining G42, Sanjiv held the position of Vice President of Finance for a key government entity in Abu Dhabi, where he was responsible for the entire finance function worth AED 2 billion and the organization’s business transition.

Sanjiv holds an MBA from SP Jain, UAE; and degrees in Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy and Company Secretary from prestigious institutions in India.

Sanjiv’s areas of expertise also include financial planning, business acquisition and divestment, pricing, enterprise risk management, policy development, treasury fund raising, banking, among others.

Maymee has rich experience in developing and executing exceptional HR practices with extensive know-how in Organisation Design, Strategic Talent & Performance Management and HR and Culture transformation.

Faheem Ahamed is a transformative leader with over 27 years of strategic expertise and experience, currently driving initiatives at the intersection of AI and human progress. At G42, he plays a key role in advancing AI’s impact on industries and societies. He has led the success of the 4Humanity clinical trials and launched BEE Wild, a movement dedicated to saving pollinators, tied to a documentary film now on its global roadshow. Faheem also drives G42’s strategic partnership with Team Mercedes F1, exploring AI’s role in sports safety and talent development.

His leadership shapes G42’s presence on the global stage, including engagements at the UNGA, World Government Summit, World Economic Forum, and Responsible AI initiatives with the AI Summit, WEF, and the UN. Faheem has also led major collaborations with EXPO2020 and the COP28 Presidency, emphasizing G42’s commitment to inclusion, sustainability and innovation.

A former Global VP of Xiaomi and CEO of Xiaomi India, Manu spearheaded the company’s expansion into the Indian market, catapulting it to the forefront as the largest consumer brand in the nation.

He was also the co-founder of Jabong.com, one of India's leading fashion e-commerce companies, bought by the Flipkart group (Walmart).

Manu’s impactful contributions have been recognized with prestigious honors, such as Forbes' CEO of the Year and Fortune's Global 40 under 40.
